Programme Overview
The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is a four-year undergraduate degree program spread across eight semesters.
It focuses on the manufacture, quality control, research, development, and distribution of drugs.

- Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)
Curriculum & Attendance
- The syllabus is as prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and
Bihar University of Health and Sciences, Patna.
- Each semester consists of at least 100 working days.
- Odd semesters: June/July β November/December.
- Even semesters: December/January β May/June.
- Minimum 80% attendance in theory and practicals is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pass in Higher Secondary Examination (12th) with any of the following combinations:
- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology
- Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology
- Minimum 50% aggregate in science subjects.
- Lateral Entry: Diploma in Pharmacy from a PCI-recognized institution.
